You may have noticed an increase in acivity on this site in recent days and that is because I have decided to do what I can to build interest in our Yacht Club if I can. But I am a Facebook novice. So if you read this please join us a a friend (I think that is the way to go) I take this action because seemply looking for friends via this facebook site seems to give me nothing but blanks. Looking forward to a whole ot of new friends.

Racing will be at lake Fyans, we plan to meet at Green lake at 10.30am to load boats and head straight on down to lake Fyans. See you all there!

16.01.2022 The first two interclub races with Stawell YC will be held at lake Fyans tomorrow (9th Nov). Would be lovely to see lots of HYC members there.

15.01.2022 The walls are down! Great little working bee last eve and we can now see the one big room we always wanted. What is next? Repair floor where old balcony was then have wiring run in new kitchen then plaster and paint. Then new flooring YAY! Then more sailing!!!

15.01.2022 This Saturday 19th March we will be having a social evening/fund raiser at our Green lake club rooms starting at 6pm. BYO BBQ and drinks. There will be a presentation by one of our members who recently returned from a 10 month sailing journey through the South Pacific with his family. All welcome and bring a chair.

13.01.2022 A very productive working bee last evening. We converted two old internal walls into a pile of tip ware. Next Thursday eve should see the last of those old internal walls finally down giving us one big room. Then the clean up, a little plastering, and then painting. Cant wait Rick

02.01.2022 What a truly great sight. Green Lake full ...... to lapping our new boat ramp....for the first time since it was laid down. This is a really good time to come and try sailing. Plenty of safe water, and a really warm family style sailing club. Come and try sailing
