25.01.2022 We’re back! Thank so much for all the interest already. We're very excited about bringing even more sounds to you at a time when it’s more important than ever to be taking time to block out the external noise and reconnect with your inner self. Synergem is bringing our soundbath meditations back to the beautiful space at I AM Healing on the last Sunday of each month. Join us on Sunday 30 August, 4.30pm for a complete sound immersion of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing b...owls, chimes, gongs and other delights. Of course the world has changed since our last appearance, so there will be a few things happening differently from now on: - places are limited!! Only 10 people are able to attend so BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED. Please message us to reserve your place. First in basis. $25 pp ($20 concession). - cashless transaction are preferred. Credit/debit card payments will be available. Direct transfer is also an option if you prefer (message for details). - you will need to BRING YOUR OWN mat, cushion, blanket, etc anything you may like to be comfortable. - please arrive by 4:15pm to register, cleanse and settle. 13.01.2022 Hi all. Apologies for not getting to this sooner. Like most of the lucky ones (who have work) I'm working and from home (on my day job) with 2 toddlers and an amazing supporting wife. My passion is sound, wellness & lifting vibes through positive and intentional (live) sound and breathwork. Given our current Covid world there's no public gathering until we can have an approved number in a social distancing available venue. Regardless (and albeit with sound/tech challenges), here's a Soundbath recording for you. So take some time for yourself, get comfortable and unwind. 11.01.2022 Over the weekend I completed another 3-day intensive training course with Eeka King from Acutonics Australia on the Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. So much ancient wisdom which I'm looking forward to incorporating even more deeply into my sound therapy treatments. After days in the office online, I really needed some grounding this week.
