20.01.2022 As a designer, I get a lot of requests for sponsorship from community groups and organisations. All of them are very worthy but naturally I wouldn't be able to pay the bills if I said yes to all of them! My decision to support the Albany Swim Club was made because three of my clients were members, so I felt it was a way of supporting those who have supported me and my business.... But actually, the relationship with Albany Swim Club turned out to be even more rewarding when I got to meet Freya, this budding young swim star and hear how my support helped her attend a swimming competition in Karratha! (She even won medals! Go Freya!) I am proud to be able to support and be associated with the Albany Swim Club - thank you for the opportunity!

10.01.2022 Love these small town connections... When I was first starting out as a freelancer, a special couple were clients of mine. I used to drop into their print business and pick up any work they needed help with, have a chat, pat the pooch, solve the worlds problems, pat the pooch and leave smiling. Down the track, their son and daughter in law also became great clients and friends. Phil and I even founded the Buy Albany Buy Local Facebook page with the aim of promoting the i...mportance of supporting locals. In my opinion, business needs to have more focus on the personal connections we make, which makes this review even sweeter. Thanks for your kind words Phil and Michelle!

08.01.2022 From little things, big things grow! It started with this sketch/scribble (I know right! What is that? What does that say?!!) Well... from this initial client 'concept', a logo was created.... Then we created the branding to flow through the entire project! Starting more than a year ago, this project included: Graphics for email signatures Flyers to promote the workshops Pull up banner Podcast Transcript booklets A 10 module manual supplied as interactive pdfs (That’s a total of 152 pages - phew!)
