24.01.2022 8-Week Challenge to kick off Spring Our 6-week challenge earlier in the year was a very successful one for participants with the AVERAGE numbers including, -5kg of FAT lost (as measured by a DEXA body scan) not just total weight... -21% drop in body fat. -18cm lost on girth measurements The only disappointment that some people expressed was that 6 weeks was too short. So due to popular demand, we have extended it out to 8 weeks. So In brief; Length 8 weeks. 22.01.2022 Coming to the end of week 5 - only 3 to go Strength numbers are going up Cardio sprint times are getting quicker Circuit performance also tending upwards ... So physical performance numbers are all improving steadily (sharply in some cases.) But how will body analysis go in 3 weeks? We shall see (feeling very confident though) Bring on the next 3 weeks

20.01.2022 It's not far now before the Stadium stomp at Adelaide oval is on. We are looking forward to it. I hope everyone is training smart and keeping well. This will be a great challenge. Even in Thailand on holiday training has been consistant and even relentless with the extra heat! So keep up the training I hear Justin has been training everyone hard and keeping you on your toes. It is only a bit more than a week before it kicks off! PREPARATION IS THE KEY!

Understandably, people are often away through the early part of the year, or can take a week or 2 to get back into the swing of things especially with school not returning until the end of January, so based on feedback, that is when we will kick off.... In brief; Length 6 weeks. Start date Monday February 4 (2nd week back at school) What? -Body weight -Body fat -Measurements What you get; -Unlimited group sessions (we will open up more times on demand) -Nutrition in step-by-step (sent out the previous friday) -Personal adaptions (much less ‘cookie cutter’) -Weekly measurement (of whatever your goal is) and the accountability that goes with it Cost -Challenge is $70/week (so since the majority of those doing the challenge are already regular group session attendees, this will just be adjusted for the 6 week period) Bring someone from outside -If you bring someone who isn’t a current member to do the challenge with you, the challenge will only be $50/week for each of you.
