23.01.2022 News Flash: Did you know you are eligible for the WA Building Bonus Grant to construct a TD Granny Flat as your new relocatable home (Conditions Apply) The WA B...uilding Bonus Grant of $20,000 is available as long as you sign a contract to construct and install a new relocatable TD Granny Flats relocatable home on your land by 31 December 2020 & you meet the criteria to be eligible. Land must be vacant (no existing dwelling), If there is an existing dwelling, it must be demolished to be eligible to receive the grant. (Grant paid out after the dwelling has been demolished, evidence must be provided by the client). If you live in a shed on your property, this is not classified a dwelling, so you may be eligible to receive the grant, as long as there is no existing dwelling on the land.
