25.01.2022 Thought for today. Life is complex and everything is not always as it seems. I remember my doctor saying to me as long as you keep asking yourself are you mentally ok, you probably are. Problems happens when people stop self evaluating their behaviour and refuse to address irrational aggressive outbursts thinking its everyone else’s fault. Mental health is something that can touch any life-If someone’s behaviour begins to change, it could be something is not well with them.... The person who is having the issues can be totally unaware they have a problem and it can be a sensitive thing to address. But don’t withdraw, be a friend, and listen to them. 05.01.2022 An old friend is coming to visit tonight. Many years ago I went to Yamba doing a talk on spirituality and I met Rick - he said I put his feet on the path, just as many others have said. He said after that there was no going back, his eyes were opened to a greater reality. Now 28 years later, we are still the most unlikely friends. Every so often when his life completes a initiation passage he reconnects to me, his journey has taken him all over the world, studying all manne...r of beliefs and theories, to become a healer. yet he himself still feels different in this physical world, he doesn’t fit he says. He doesn’t like where the world is headed or how most people are selfish and disrespectful of the planet. The more we awaken in the world the more this is the case, however I can assure you keep going, because eventually you do understand the answer is not in what we can do to fix things. The answer lies hidden in plain sight, the point of awakening is actually to see - to know - and to dis engage. Sits by being still being clear, we alone have the power to heal the thought forms created by man. The power to project ones thoughts with such pure intensity to wholeness and balance and harmony, are effortless things to do for a mind a peace with itself.
