19.01.2022 @nourishandflourishsyd mouth watering Choc Caramel Cookie Dough Protein Bar Ingredients - 2 cup rolled oats - 1/2 cup cashew nuts or nuts of choice ... - 1/2 cup coconut chips - 1/2 cup hemp seeds - 1/2 cup protein powder or almond meal - 1/4 cup flax seeds - 1/2 packed cup Medjool Dates (~10) - 2 tbsp Maca powder - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp sea salt To fold in: 1/2 cup Balance+ Muesli Chocolate top: 1/2 cup coconut oil + 1/2 cup cacao + 1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice Crumbled cookies or granola to garnish Directions 1.Blend all ingredients in a food processor to form a dough then fold in muesli. 2.Press into a lined baking tin then top with the chocolate layer and desire toppings. 15.01.2022 Choc Nana Caramel Pie by @nourishandflourishsyd Ingredients Base: 1 cup brown rice flour ... 1/2 cup Balance+ muesli 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/2 packed cup Medjool dates + 1/4 cup water to form a paste 2 tbsp nut butter Fillings: 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup mashed banana 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 2 tbsp cacao Toppings: Nut butter, muesli, strawberries Directions 1. Combine base ingredients so a spatula in a mixing bowl then press firmly on a pie tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 15-20mins or until firm to touch. 2. Meanwhile mix together filling ingredients, pour on top of the baked base. 3. Top with desired toppings then freeze for 3 hours. Defrost for 5 mins before serving.
