They are people you enjoy being around and who make your organisation a better place to be. Are all of your people the right ones for their jobs? The reality is that some are probably hurting your cause more than helping. Are all of your people rowing in the same direction? Chances are they’re not. Some are rowing to the right, some are rowing to the left, and some probab...ly are not rowing at all. As leaders in an organisation, you’re probably hit with at least half a dozen problems a day. Most leaders are so buried in the day-to-day grind that they’ll typically think up flimsy workarounds just to get nagging issues out of their way so they can make it to next week. If this happens long enough, their whole organisation will come to be held together by duct tape and twine, and it will ultimately implode. Don't become a victim to your own indifference or let excuses stop your growth. Face problems and concerns head on so your business doesn't suffer such misfortunes. Open-Minded, Growth-Oriented & Vulnerable: If you cannot risk it, you cannot grow. If you cannot grow, you cannot become your best. If you cannot be your best, you cannot be happy. If you cannot be happy, what else matters?

10.01.2022 Every business wants more leads. It’s a race to gain more customers, "spend whatever it takes" is the new province of sales and marketing, leads are everything. Here is some counterintuitive thinking for you: LEADS ARE WORTHLESS! Everyone says they need more and more leads! It's like we're feeding some frenzied, insatiable craving. However, leads are indeed worthless unless you know how to move them through each stage of the buying journey. ... Leads come in two ways: inbound and outbound. Inbound marketing - the leads come to you. Your marketing efforts have created an opportunity, and the potential client has reached a point where they raised their hand and said, "I'm interested. Outbound marketing - you scour your database and find leads to create opportunities through traditional sales using cold calling and/or targeted mail. Different lead types should be handled proportionate to their value but all leads should be handled delicately to enhance the buyer's experience in every step of the buying stage. How many unique calls come in to your business and how many are converted? Do you know how many leads receive a single call back, but no more? Do you know what happened to the Internet leads that came in last week, or last month? How many of those leads resulted in business? This data will help you tweak, tailor and improve the holistic customer experience. Historically, companies have believed revenue growth was simply about driving as many new customers to the business as possible and converting as many sales as they could, but it’s a lousy way to do business. A customer is the single most expensive thing for a business to acquire and the only real true asset a business has. For some businesses even getting the customer to the buying stage is a huge hurdle and a massive expense. Have a dedicated process for delivering a remarkable customer experience that will bring them back to do business with you again and again.
