24.01.2022 IMPORTANT!! All HSA students wanting to attend the combined workshop. The PURPOSE of the workshop is to give HSA students choosing to remove the AIN UNITS the oppotunity to complete the practical tasks and be assessed and signed off by our RN`s. ... All students are welcome to the workshops however it is compulsory to students Choosing to remove the AIN units. Those still completing the AIN units Will have to complete 80 hours of work placement. This is a requirement of the training package and cannot be changed. June workshop now full!! Thank you for those of you which have nominated to attend. We have had a great deal of interest in our NEW combined workshops. June is now full. We do however still have August 20th,21st 22nd and November 19th,20th 21st spaces left so be quick.

The new-look OLS has been repackaged to align with the TAFE NSW website and will be easier for students to navigate and use. 15.01.2022 Cert IV Allied Health Assistance Pre-work Placement Workshop feedback from attendee Nicole Griffith, 08/02/20. "The environment was perfectly practical and made communication and tasks a breeze. Teachers Giselle and Dalena showed showed support and encouragment which was nothing short of revitalising as they are each very confident and accomplished role models both well suited their positions.... I look forward to further feedback and receiving the new work placement log book of remaining unit assessments with which I am looking forward to approaching employment opportunities and local clinics in aim of securing work placement to complete the remaining practical assessments and 120 hours to finalise the course. I am enrolled in the First Aid components with my local tafe institute campus to be completed March 20th as it is the nearest and most convenient date I was able secure. Many thanks for your efforts and training that have raised a renewed sense of purpose in myself moving forward."

14.01.2022 Dear student, While TAFE NSW has announced that it is pausing face to face delivery at all its campuses until 27 April, TAFE Digital will continue to deliver courses online and provide support to all our students. We encourage you to keep studying and submitting your written assessments for your course work in the usual manner. If you have completed all your written assessments and are waiting to start your work placement, you may apply for a deferral or an extension if need...ed. As some staff are working remotely, we will respond to your phone calls and emails as quickly as possible. We strongly recommend you to email us any of your teaching enquiries to: [email protected] and we will endeavour to provide the best possible support and teaching assistance as soon as we can.
