06.01.2022 We trekked down to this beautiful waterfall this morning, and just as we get to the absolute bottom of the rainforest walk, Little Rose pricks her finger while searching for the perfect skeleton leaf, and her finger starts stinging, gets hot and red and she starts crying; as an allergy mum my brain does a quick scan of all possible culprits, calculates how quickly we can get her to the top, how far we are from phone reception and where the epi pen and antihistamines are... Tu...rns out it was nothing more than a prickle from a fern!
