23.01.2022 The three, following photos, display, a special shirt, that I made for RU OK? This is about support,for people experiencing Mental Health Issues. I am a Qualified Mental Health First Aider, and do get students, with Disabilities and Mental Health Issues. City of Gold Coast's Active & Healthy Citywide Program, sponsored, two other activities, including mine, at Kurrawa, this morning. The front of the shirt, took nearly 2 hours, to draw and doodle!... Many people, including The A& H Team,as well as my students, loved the shirt! It was well worth it, all for them! See more

11.01.2022 Today's Tai Chi & Qigong at Kurrawa, in aid of R U Ok (Mental Health Issues Awareness). My Special Thanks to The Active & Healthy Citywide Program Team, through... City of Gold Coast. We had a great time, with many new students! I created a special T shirt, with drawings and doodles, on it, just for the occasion. Fortunately, everyone loved it! Looking forward, to being ' A Helthy 100 ' and still teaching Tai Chi & Qigong! See more
