Expanding through sinking and extending, creating the bow, going below with the tan tien and expressing from the ming mien in extension...thank you Master Liu for enriching the journey once more.

13.01.2022 I found this in one of the old Taijiquan magazines that I came across recently. I am a fan of practice over reading, but this really nails it so succinctly.

13.01.2022 Classes will be suspended over the Next two weeks of School holidays. Classes will recommence on Mon 12/10 at 5.30pm as usual.

12.01.2022 Sorry everyone, but i am ill today and cannot give a class this evening. See you all next week. Tim

09.01.2022 We now have only one class from 5.30pm. The basics of each form is being covered from beginning to end of the form. There are beginners mixed with more experienced students. There is a new learning for all as each form is opened up for scrutiny and it's myriad of levels is explored.

07.01.2022 Classes have begun again for 2018! Mindful movement is the focus - sinking and releasing, extending and aligning structures of the form. Tuesday’s is the time, 5:30 - 7pm, Beijing 24 form and pushing hands to learn to apply the movements and give focus for where the chi must be when practising the formwork. Beginners always welcome as the rudiments are an integral part of all lessons. Come join the slow movement revolution - move slow so you can adjust quickly to release through structure and build internal awareness.

07.01.2022 Hi people, Taiji classes for 2019 start Monday Feb 18 from 5:30-6:30 doing form and then push hands sensitivity training 6:30-7pm as there is Chinese New Year feb 4 (advised not to use hall by CCCT) & regatta day feb 11! Hope to see you movers there!
