16.01.2022 Tomorrow is 'Australia Day' and there are many events happening around the coast in celebration of this. One such event that is family friendly and open to all is 'Australia Day On Buderim'. The day in its history usually starts with a Grand Parade down the main street, but unfortunately due to covid restriction the parade will not take place. However an afternoon full of FREE live music, poetry and talks will still be happening - so if you're looking for a community event g...rab your picnic blankets and head on down from 3pm. 05.01.2022 Next week the kids go back to school :) And although this can be an exciting time for some kids, others may be experiencing feelings of anxiety or worry. Whether they are starting in a new school, their first year of high school, or even suffer from separation anxiety - anxiety can present differently in children and it is something to be mindful of. Things to look out for range from; unexplained tantrums, sleep routines and eating habits may display a change, quick to anger ...or even random crying might occur.
