Like all face masks ours do not provide complete protection, however research suggests that face masks may play a role in reducing the likelihood of contracting or spreading viruses. 18.01.2022 Update 30/07/20: All orders from July 19th have been posted. We are now working on orders from July 20th. I would like to thank all of our customers for buying our Australian Made face masks. We have been inundated with orders. Our sales have been astronomical, which had created a problem, we are running behind.... As you could guess, we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming through. We are running just about on time for 10 days dispatch from when we received the order. Many customers will have now received tracking numbers. These tracking numbers will be come traceable once the item actually leaves us. Please do not ask us why the tracking number isnt working, and please refrain from asking when your item will be delivered, each enquiry on average takes 10 mins to follow up, this will only slow the processing of orders. On average we get 20 emails or calls a day, this means over 3 hours is consumed discussing tracking etc, that can be better utilised making the orders. Please be patient, and we can assure you your order will be processed. Processing of orders will be done in order of first purchased, first processed, first out for delivery. Please trust we are doing everything we can do get orders out as quickly as possible. We are working every hour possible to get them out on time and will do so every day. We thank you for your patience and we will get the masks to you as quick as we can. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.

Between the Adelaide post office and your destination, they are not always being scanned until they are dropped off. We have had many conversations with Australia Post about this and they, like many business, are experiencing high work loads and stress. They are not able to track in-between ...the drop off and delivery address. Obviously this doesnt help you or us. 16.01.2022 An update from Australia Post: Over the last three weeks, Australia Post has experienced a significant increase in demand as Victorians have increased their online buying due to stage 4 lockdowns. So much so, that our parcel volumes in Victoria for August are up approximately 150% year-on-year compared to the national average of 90%. At the same time, our business has been required to make additional adjustments in our processing and deliveries workforce to comply with the ...State Governments COVID safe restrictions. From the very start of the pandemic, we have been clear that our strategy has been to protect our people, serve our customers and safeguard the business. Safety of our people is not-negotiable and the current situation in Victoria, with massive volumes and severe congestion in our network, has us at a point of concern for the safety of our workforce. To make sure we can still safely deliver for your customers, the following changes are immediately necessary: Victoria destined Parcels With the massive demand and workforce capacity constraints, we foresee an additional 3 day delay for deliveries in Victoria. This is both within and into Victoria. This means, any lodgements made in other States destined for Victoria may be held in those States for up to 3 business days to allow Victoria to work through the present demand. Fathers Day For deliveries across Australia, we recommend at least the following lodgement dates for delivery before Fathers Day on Sunday 6 September 2020: Parcel Post and letters Friday 28 August 2020 Express Post parcels Monday 31 August 2020 For items lodged after these dates, whilst we will try our best, we do not expect to be able to meet delivery for Fathers Day. We will keep you updated regularly over the next few weeks and anticipate reviewing the situation in line with the easing of level 4 restrictions. We appreciate the implications of these decisions and want to assure you we are doing our very best within these extremely challenging times. 15.01.2022 Were back! We feel confident in reopening our store for retail casual wear (summer and winter), alterations, dry cleaning, ready to wear suits, and bespoke suiting. Our new hours will be as follows: Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm... Saturday 9 am - 1 pm Sunday & Monday Closed These hours will be effective from Friday 8th May and will apply until further notice. Providing a safe environment for our customers and team will always be our number one priority. We will still be following recommended protocols of social distancing and hygiene. This includes limiting customers to one person per staff member. Customers will be required to practise hand hygiene upon entering the store. We ask customers to respect the space they keep and respect they show. We really appreciate everyones patience during this time. 15.01.2022 We designed our masks based on the fit on the 17 staff that work for us, here in Adelaide. We tried and tested many shapes sizes. The masks come in 2 generic sizes ( plus a new bearded masks design that will be available soon ) there have been just a few times that a customer has found the masks gapes a little . If needed the elastic can be shortened, so here are a few ideas . Figure 8 , Tie a small knot , use the bulb pin or a small pin, double twist the sides or just be ...creative! The Red Shield Appeal raises money each May just to do this! Major Reno Elms of the Unley Salvos believe in this Appeal so much that on this Friday night (May 22nd) hes going to be sleeping in his backyard to raise awareness that thats where some people are heading when they come knocking on the Salvos doors, homelessness....
