25.01.2022 In case you are wondering what life in the camp (this one is just off Deeside Coast Road when we couldn't find the next camp Steve's Road Rest Area) looks like. It's hard work, but somebody has got to do it.

25.01.2022 Sometimes I give Erwin a head start, but I always win in the end.

25.01.2022 I must say we come across some strange fellows on our ride ... They are pretty scary in the dark.

21.01.2022 Our new logo to represent our new adventure.

20.01.2022 Elvis has left the building. All our stuff is packed into a container, skip bin filled, surplus is sold or donated, house, Dutch House and sheds are empty and clean, lawns are mowed, truck is filled, and horses are loaded up. It was a MASSIVE job, but we got there in the end. We are staying at a friends for a while to finish the truck (no solar panels still!) and then we're on our way. Really!

20.01.2022 Looking for some hay. Prefer small bales. Ideally in Denmark or Albany. Just so Tonto has his own feed and doesn't need to eat Erwin's pie.

19.01.2022 Good to know the horses are not afraid of a little water. #horsetrekking

18.01.2022 OMG we finally have solar panels! In the end we gave up getting them here (do not EVER do business with Direct Freight!) and went up to Perth to pick them up ourselves. And now ... it will rain the coming days, so we can't put them on the roof yet. So in case you were wondering, no we haven't left yet. Staying with a friend in Manjimup. Hopefully by the end of the week we will start trekking on the Warren Blackwood Stock Route. Have a look at the map here: https://www.totaltrails.com.au/copy-of-equestrian

16.01.2022 Day 1. We are pleased to inform you that we have finally started our epic journey. YAY! It was a time coming but today was the day. Erwin, Giles and Tonto rode from our friends place to our first camp along the Warren Blackwood Stock Route, Camp Mottram. All went well, great facilities to start of with. Looking forward to tomorrow, but for now we will have a little celebration ...

15.01.2022 Shannon National Park Camp site. If you don't feel like riding the Warren Blackwood Stockroute, but you would still like some facilities and tracks, the Shannon NP stop offers it all. You can make use of the yards, the toilet and showers, water, compost heaps and there is plenty of space for parking the float and setting up your own yards. There are also 3 trails you can choose from, different lengths but they all start and end at the camp. You will need to pay the NP fees.

02.01.2022 Sorry new posts and video's coming soon. Ran out of batteries for camera and laptop. So you'll have to do with a crappy phone shot for today. Yes it's Erwin and about a million flies.
