05.01.2022 This is hammer Tom, during his two hour blacksmithing session with his dad he became twisting Tom, tong Tom, bending Tom and finally blacksmith Tom. He started out with the "servant" hammer, progressed to the "prince" hammer and finally went two handed on the King hammer... What did he make? Tom made a Dad Hook, to hook around his dads legs when he wanted him and a poker for the fire, dad made a little artwork on stone. Tom got a certificate for his great work. 2 hour Creative Fire blacksmithing sessions $275, inclusive, for two people. Extra people, $50 p/ person, limit 4 By appt. Ron 0407 723 722

02.01.2022 17 Y. O. Mea-Mei came for her 2 hr Creative Fire session on Sat. She wanted to make an aboriginal figure called a "Mimi", (her namesake) because that's her heritage. I said okay because it wasn't too different to some pieces I'd been recently making myself. Her mum was taking photos because the project was for school and she had to prove she made it herself.... Coincidentally a guy, khang, came in and asked if he could take some photos of us working and I said okay. Here are some of the great pics he took of Mea Mei and the Mimi.
