23.01.2022 Here's wishing this Legend all the very best on his Kokoda trek. 10 Days braving the tropical weather and taking in the victorious path his dad had taken many years ago as a soldier. This is in honour of his late dad who would have been turned 100yrs this year. Greg has done his intense training and had his post workout treatments with me over the past 3 months, and is ready for this journey. Good luck mate !

21.01.2022 Good morning! I have made the decision to temporarily close my practice to limit the spread of COVID19. Although I have stepped up protocols at the clinic the risks are still high. Please look out for my posts, I will also remain in touch with you via text and emails. I remain positive that this will pass as we need to abide by the rules and enjoy family time and look after ourselves and those around us. It's also a stressful time, believe me I know (I am now unemployed) but we can get through this. Practise breathing exercises, go for walks, do your neck and shoulder exercises and practice gratitude. Cheer up those around you as there enough sad news.. So stay safe until we meet again, this is temporary
