06.01.2022 The only constant in life is change I’ve been extremely quiet over the past months but today marks an exciting change in what seems to be an ever changing world. Before we head into what’s to come I want to take a moment and reflect on whats been.... The journey has seen Fitness First Bondi Platinum, my home of almost 10 years close for what felt like an eternity but in reality was just shy of 12 weeks. To help cushion this blow there was a brief transition to Physio Fitness and then re-homed once again to Le Garage I’m very thankful to have had these spaces where I could continue to support my amazing clients health and wellbeing during whats been a difficult time for all of us, myself included. I want to thank each and every one of you who continued to support me personally and those who have continued to support my business over one of the most challenging periods I’ve experienced since becoming a PT. As I continued to pivot and find ways to continue to keep us all moving my wonderful and supportive clients have all been flexible, adaptable and embraced all these changes. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for trusting me, for all the laughs we’ve had on the way, and most of all for being there when there’s been some tears, and we all know there’s been a few.
