25.01.2022 Tandara always strive to give our residents some experiences they may not have had before or thought they could never do ,like our waterski days .Here are some pics of previous outings we have had with 3 of our residents Unni, Rod and Kevin having the time of their lives out on the water. With the help of some of our amazing staff and some wonderful friends we were able to put together a fun day for all . It is hard to tell who had the biggest smiles the residents or the helpers

18.01.2022 Visiting restrictions will ease further on Monday the 22nd of June 2020 2 people can visit at a time with visit times unrestricted and multiple visits a day allowed. Children will now be allowed to visit.... Residents are allowed to go on unrestricted outings with friends and family. Everyone vising residents or in close contact with residents are required to have an up to date FLU vaccine. Gaye Mack Director of Nursing

15.01.2022 Like most of us Easter was a little different for our residents this year with our facility in lockdown .The offer was extended to residents to have their photo taken and then the photo and a happy easter message was sent in a text to their next of kin to be passed onto other family members .Alot of the residents were impressed that the photo could be sent so quick and they were happy when they recieved a msg back .Amazingly all the chocolates we used as a prop remained uneaten at the end of the photo shoot

03.01.2022 Happy mothers day to our beautiful residents who are much loved mums \nannas ,and to all the staff who are mums expecially those of you who worked today and made our ladies feel extra special .Shout out to Gaye and Kymra for being amazing and giving up your morning to organise those residents who had family phone calls ,internet chat or window visits .( you have earnt a rest this afternoon after being run off your feet ) Our residents started the day with a beautiful hot breakfast of eggs,bacon,mushrooms ,tomato and toast , and of course a few chocolates with a little mothers day verse written buy our very own Cyril

01.01.2022 For the past few years we have had an elf on the shelf visit us in December, this year we thought you might to see his antics

01.01.2022 From Monday the 25th of May, residents will be allowed one visit of two people once a day. Visits are to occur in residents rooms or courtyards. We still encourage you to ring to book visits especially if visiting after hours or weekends. Everyone has to bring FLU vaccine documentation to visit any RACF. If you have any flu like symptoms please do not visit. Gaye Mack
