22.01.2022 FYI - Temporary shipping rate increase As passenger travel has been limited, air freight is being affected and as a result of this change shipping charges have been increased. Therefore as of 1st April shipping charges for orders will increase as below:... AU Shipping for orders under $165 AUD will change from $12 to $15 AUD Shipping for orders between $165 - $605 AUD will change from $24 to $32.50 AUD Shipping for orders above $605 AUD will change from $35 to $49 AUD The company is absorbing most of the increase, which is great of them, so the increase isnt huge but if you want to save $$$ we can do bulk orders where possible

15.01.2022 Customer Service at its best! Due to corona virus businesses are being affected in ways that can be beyond their control. Close to My Heart have been awesome during this time. When parcels seem to be "lost" in the shipping process, they have replaced entire orders and shipped again at their expense. Incorrect products received in orders are promptly replaced and customers allowed to keep the products received.... CTMH certainly go above and beyond for their customers

01.01.2022 At the beginning of the year I joined a year long on-line class at Stacyjulian.com called 20in20. I have learned a great deal from Stacy over the past 6 months from simple tips to creative ways to look at how to document memories and family history. The course was closed earlier in the year but due to recent global events bringing to light racial tensions, Stacy has felt a deep desire to show up as an anti-racist and do something in her circle of influence to support peopl...e of colour and the causes essential to their success, so she is re-opening the course (at a discount) and donating the funds.
