25.01.2022 Today I had the privilege of photographing the The Governor-General of Australia, His Excellency David Hurley, Patron of both Palliative Care and Dementia Australia, as well as CEO, Palliative Care Australia Rohan Greenland at the Parliamentary Friends of Palliative Care luncheon at Parliament House. 08.01.2022 The Australian Women's Leadership Forum was held in Geelong last Friday. It was a great day with a fabulous group of women who are leading the way for females in the workforce, led by Suzi Finkelstein. Christine Couzens MP opened the day, followed by a panel of four inspiring local women Joanne Murdoch, General Manager Barwon Water, Fiona Lawrie, Director Tradeswomen Foundation Australia, Sarah Mansfield, Councillor, Geelong City Council and Megan Foster, Executive General M...anager, Viva Energy. Keynote speaker was The Real Tracey Spicer AM author, journalist, and broadcaster for ABC TV, Network Ten, Channel 9 and Sky News and is the national co-founder of Women in Media, Outspoken Women, and NOW Australia. So much to learn and so many interesting facts of how Australia still has a long way to go to support women in business and equality. The AMAZING food and wine (yumyum!) was brought by Archive Wine Bar in Belmont (Highly recommend!) ... Events like this, that bring women together to share their insights and stories is so powerful. Whether being a women in a business or owning a business, we have the power to achieve what we want and be who we want to be, with the right people by our side.
