25.01.2022 Anyone looking for, or know anyone who might be interested in a game or two of squash at Tannum Sands next week? A chap on holiday for a week (at 1770) would love a game or two of squash. Says he's a "moderate player". Please PM me.

14.01.2022 During the lock-down: Getting some repairs and refurbs done; finishes to the new area underway; new activities ready for the re-start, whenever that is; equipment lent out to loyal clients to workout at home; hopefully catch up on unfinished projects - like the partly completed puzzle rooms; getting rid of some cardio equipment to make way for new type of activity; enjoying catching up on some sleep; and so forth ....... Stay safe and healthy, and look after each other.

13.01.2022 FINALLY! - our new web site went live today. What a marathon, mostly of rewrites; but pleased with the final result at last. So looking forward to getting our other activities up and running now, hopefully early in 2020 at the latest.

13.01.2022 New Mini Golf hazard! Just finished this new hazard for our Mini Golf - put your golf ball on the shelf and swing the little boot to "kick" your ball along the shelf. It will drop through 1 of 3 holes and pass down between pegs in the "apple tree" to fall out onto the green, where it can then be putted to the hole! (Apologies for the poor image - the light kept reflecting on the perspex cover, also casting shadows from the pegs ).

11.01.2022 Short Carpet Bowls now available at Tannum Fitness & Leisure. We have 2 mats and 2 sets of bowls, so family can enjoy some fun time together. Sessions are for 1 hour. Bookings are necessary, especially under current circumstances. This will allow limit to only those people who want to be together, and cleaning of equipment in between bookings. Come and exercise your body and your mind, have some family fun, and stay safe in good clean and natural fresh air. Mini golf also available under same circumstances. Costs: Kids $5-$8; adults $10; group family rates negotiable for both activities; costs include equipment use.

05.01.2022 This is kind of fitness and leisure related - our beautiful little hens are laying extremely well now, so if anyone is interested, we have plenty of fresh, free range eggs from 12 very well cared for and spoilt young girls. $4 a dozen; $2 half dozen. Phone for pickup 49737082.

03.01.2022 Thank you, Gladstone Community Linking Agency. I sewed a couple of surgical gowns for GCLA when they were unable to buy any, and received a bunch of buds, which opened up a few days later to reveal these beautiful blooms. Much appreciated, and will probably enjoy them for weeks.
