16.01.2022 WHAT’S WRONG ME?! Is what I kept asking myself over the last 18 months when it felt like my body was gradually falling apart. Chronic bloating that makes me look 6 months pregnant & feel like shit... 16.01.2022 WHY? Because 70-80% of your immune system lives in your gut & all these things effect your gut health! Which ones are you guilty of? A combination of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 (I’ve always been pretty good with drinking water) over a 12 month period left me with a Candida overgrowth which caused havoc in my body.... 15.01.2022 2 main causes of what ladies call a belly pooch: 1. Excess body fat 2. Forward/anterior tilting pelvis... Common in a lot women who have had babies or like to stick their butt out to try make their bum & legs look better. You can see in the video when I pop my booty out (tilt my pelvis forward), my stomach also pops out.. creating the effect that’s it’s bigger than it is. Then in the second part I’m consciously standing normally which flattens my front & now all that’s left is the bump of fat on my lower belly. Having both belly fat & a forward tilting pelvis is obviously a double whammy! (Side note: I’m using my body as an example to prove a point.
