10.01.2022 Please share this fantastic opportunity!! INVITATION TO APPLY FOR THE PROVISION OF LEASING THE KITCHEN AT TAROONA BOWLS AND COMMUNITY CLUB INC. The Taroona Bowls and Community Club Inc, (the Club) invites proposals from suitably qualified persons or organisations (the lessee) who wish to be considered to lease the kitchen space located inside the Club. The purpose is to provide meals and other catering requirements to members and guests of the Club.... The venue offers a fully licensed large dining area and separate function space, and outdoor deck overlooking the Derwent River. The kitchen consists of its own separate area from the bar with full cooking facilities, refrigeration and dry store room. All equipment is provided to the lessee. The beverage component of trade is handled by the Club. The Club envisages that the lessee will work in close cooperation with the Club to promote each other’s businesses.
