24.01.2022 Situated at the eastern end of the Grand Ridge Road, Tarra Bulga National Park offers several short and longer walks through rainforest gullies and Mountain Ash... forest. For a shorter walk, venture 25 minutes through the forest canopy above the fern gully and across the impressive Corrigan’s Suspension Bridge? You’ll love the vantage point to admire the forest scenery. Or for a longer hike, why not try the 6-hour, 21.1km, grade 3 circuit hike of the Tarra Valley Loop? This one is a wondrous hike through the magnificent Tarra Valley, home to some of the best primeval rainforest in Victoria. Gunaikurnai Traditional Owners and Parks Victoria jointly manage Tarra Bulga National Park. Who will you take with you on your next adventure here? 24.01.2022 Take a break in Gippsland... Tarra Bulga National Park is an easily recognisable Gippsland attraction, with photos of the suspension bridge and rainforests popp...ing up on social media all the time. But just down the road is an area that is often bypassed. Tarra Valley which is also in the Tarra Bulga National Park has a charm all of its own. The Tarra River trickles its way through the valley and after a rain event, it roars down creating specular waterfalls all the way to the flats. On a hot day, there is no cooler place in Gippsland than Cyathea falls situated in the Tarra Valley picnic grounds. Here you can relax by the falls, before taking a wander to marvel at the ancient Myrtle Beech trees, delicate tree ferns and moss on the 45-minute walk. The Tarra Falls are just down the road and offer plenty more photo opportunities, and after you’ve explored all the waterfalls and ancient trees, you should pull up a chair beside the river and enjoy a Devonshire Tea made by Tarra Valley Caravan Park owner David Weston. David and wife Vicki have a had a difficult few months but now restrictions have lifted their park is full to the brim with families enjoying the sights and sounds that are Tarra Valley. #lovegippsland

21.01.2022 UPDATE ADVICE IMPORTANT CHANGE TO THE TARRA VALLEY LOOP DUE TO FORESTRY OPERATIONS FROM MONDAY 4TH TO WEDNESDAY 20TH OF JANUARY 2021. The Diaper Track and Tarr...a Valley Road Link Track sections of the Tarra Valley Loop will be closed. 17.01.2022 A huge Thankyou to everyone that supported us through this challenging year. Rock on 2021. Xx

16.01.2022 We might not be able to get there, but this will have to do. Great time to stock up on the essentials, so you can hit the road as soon as we can go camping again.

16.01.2022 Just letting you know that we have ordered some more 2021 Calendars, as those we had, and some other souvenirs, have now been sold! Thanks so much to those who ...have supported us. We still have a number of other souvenir items available, as pictured on our earlier post, but they are all in limited numbers so please let us know if anything interests you. We usually have these souvenir items available for purchase at our "Open Days" and when attending local events, but, due to Covid-19 restrictions, all such occasions have been cancelled, and those in 2021 are also doubtful at this stage. We also have a number of soft toys and glove puppets which make good presents for younger members of the family. These represent the animals and birds that can often be seen at the Agnes Falls Reserve. Your support is invited, and will be gratefully received. #tarraterritorytourism #centralgippsland #lovegippsland #visitgippsland #visitvictoria #waterfalls #southgippsland
