24.01.2022 We have a website! For those who dont know, I run the license for Standing Strong Bayswater within my Art Therapy business, The Elephant and the Dove. Why this name, you ask? Frida Kahlo used to refer to herself and her husband Diego Rivera as The Elephant and the Dove. I love both their work incredibly much and their love for each other was strong even during difficult times. 20.01.2022 It's only a couple of weeks until school goes back (sorry for the reminder) but it also means the start of a new term at Standing Strong Bayswater! This Term we have both STRONG Teens and STRONG Tweens again on Thursdays going back to the original time of 4.30pm to 6pm. The first session for both groups is February 11th. It is an 8-week term at a total cost of $195.00 STRONG Juniors starts on Saturday 13th February 9am to 10am. Due to the first term of school being a 9-week t...erm, our STRONG Juniors will run for 7 weeks. 15.01.2022 Meet Daniello! He is our STRONG Boys instructor on a Wednesday afternoon. STRONG Boys is an empowering, supportive, interactive, and uplifting program designed to help young men feel resilient and empowered. Each weekly 1.5 hourly session offers specific topics within that theme designed to encourage and inspire our young people. Each class containing all three Standing Strong components.... STRONG BODY Movement STRONG MIND Mindset STRONG HEART Mindfulness STRONG Boys is a proactive and preventative wellness program that supports and empowers young men through any challenge.
