23.01.2022 Postpone of the 2020 Tasmania Chinese Lantern Festival 2020 Dear guest, ... The Tasmania Chinese Lantern Festival Committee advises of the cancellation and delay of the Lantern Festival scheduled for Saturday, February 8 at Wrest Point Casino due to concerns over the Coronavirus. While it is disappointing to make this decision, it was considered prudent so as to protect the health and safety of the Festivals patrons should the virus escalate.
