02.01.2022 Clean green and certified organic: TOP represents the future of organic, healthy and nutritious produce from Tasmania. We are an organization build and backed by farmers, which is why it has taken us until now to get into facebook: our hands have been stuck in the ground instead of on a keyboard... Farmers bear a great responsibility of producing healthy and nutritious food and Tasmania is one of the best locations in the world to produce food the natural way.... We see ourselves as merely caretakers of the land and want to pass it on in a better state than we received it, we can do this be relying on Mother Natures’ own principles of sustainability. Therefore we do not use chemicals, fertilizers or GMO’s on our land or hormones and antibiotics in animals. Instead we care for the land so it regenerates, becomes resilient to climate change and can self-sustain production in the future. Our holistic farming is based on high plant and animal biodiversity, healthy soil microbes and bacteria, organic matter and water conservation. To guarantee that we are serious about producing healthy and nutritious food which is good for Mother Nature and the people living on it: We meet the highest environmental performance standard in Australian farming and this is objectively verified through annual 3rd party inspections.
