02.01.2022 While continuing to exercise caution, Tasmanian Bakeries are remaining open, now offering an online click and collect service direct to the public from our Hobart, Murray St Bakery Shop. You can now shop virtually from our core range of chilled and frozen goods, paying for your order online before selecting a time to collect at our designated pickup area. When collecting your order, we do ask that customers are observant of social distancing protocols while following all signage and directions from staff. If you wish for a contactless transaction (with your order brought out to the boot of your car) please include your car make, model and registration in the note section when placing your order. Our team will endeavour to bring your order straight out exactly at the specified time, providing there is not a buildup of customers in the store. A direct to the public service from Tasmanian Bakeries, we will note that many of our retail partners across Tasmania including Woolworths, Coles, Foodworks, IGA and Hill Street Grocer that stock the core range of our products also offer similar services some including home delivery. Alfred Gough began hand crafting premium pies using local produce in 1942 from his Hobart butchers. This modern take of a classic recipe pays tribute to Alfred’s legacy, combining Premium Tasmanian Hot-Smoked Salmon, fresh ...Tasmanian potatoes and a traditional English mustard. Topped with 128 layers of delicious puff pastry, this is a pie without compromises that is still proudly handmade in Hobart.
