We have matched the Lark Whisky Classic Cask with two selections of bacon from the award winning Boks Bacon. A barista choice coffee from Tas Caffe a wasabi mustard and to finish with a Federation walnut chocolate and some cashews.

15.01.2022 Sloe Paste We tried the sloe paste with some Pyengana Cheddar last night, a wonderful addition to the cheese platter. The sloe paste is produced from hand foraged Tasmanian sloe berries. McHenry Distillery produces Gin from Sloe berries and then the pressings are made into a delicious fruit paste. A delicious product and a perfect complement to a cheese platter.
