18.01.2022 If you havent noticed, this years #TWW19 has incorporated heaps of bus tours to take you all over Tasmania to visit lots of distilleries! Take a personally gui...ded bus tour 35 minutes south of Hobart to Kettering, & 15-minute ferry across the picturesque DEntrecasteaux Channel to the infamous Bruny Island House of Whisky. - Renowned for their exceptional range of over 100 different expressions of Tasmanian Single malts on tasting, this event will be hosted by the owners. Tastings (8) will highlight Trappers Hut single cask releases & personally chosen Tasmanian small cask releases. Graze on platters of delicious local food as you are guided through these tasting experiences. 11.01.2022 Just in time for Tasmanian Whisky Week, we are releasing our first sherry cask offering from Launceston Distillery. This one is not at cask strength, but a nice smooth 43.2%. Only 48 bottles in this batch.

07.01.2022 For those early risers, were officially kicking off #TWW19 with a North Distilleries Bus Tour. - This bespoke day trip will take you to 3 of Tasmanias Norther...n Whisky regions best distilleries - @adamsdistillery @launcestondistillery and Corra Lin Distillery. Youll get to meet the makers and go behind the scenes and learn all about the distillation process. Lunch will be served a the stunning, heritage listed @woolmers_estate cafe. Then youll be taken through a guided tasting from @fannysbaydistillery at one of Tasmanias most prestigious whisky bars - @thegrumpypiper. Finishing off the day, youll get to visit a working cooperage. Peter Cameron and Mark Rathmell are building two 16ft Canadian canoes from Western Red Cedar featuring Huon pine, celery top pine and Queensland Silky Oak....
