09.01.2022 Tasman Morgans is excited to announce Matilda is expecting. Matilda was hand served by our very own resident Champion Horse title holder, Wirraway Copyright CH. Cody’s exceptional temperament meant we’d hand serve this year as he is so easy to handle. I taught him to go to a ‘Spot’ while the mare got ready, I would then lead him over to her on a loose lead where he very respectfully and gently nuzzled the mare, waiting for her approval and on accepting, done his job. ... Cody is the only breeding stallion out of Grand Campion Horse Fox Brush Custom Design GCH (Imp USA) who is by the legendary Funquest Erick and out of Bowood Elusive Dream, both Morgan horses tested and approved as an American Warmblood, listed in the Blue, this is the highest level attainable for a Morgan. Dream is the first mare to earn the American Morgan Horse Association Sport Horse Award. Matilda is by Red Bluff Mesmeric, out of Mountain Creek Morgana Beau who is by Sumicaro Beau Geste (Dec). Matilda is a fantastic mare, standing @ 15.2h, she is my rock. Safe as chips, leave for months then jump on a go, never had any dirt. She has the Morgan temperament, correct conformation, trainability, is chunky and has a super personality. I love my reds, and she is perfect in every way. This is a long awaited mating, and i cant wait to see the little bub.
