The testers can be accessed through our staff, opening products only limits their availability as they have to be disposed of. Simply ask for assistance. Thank you.

24.01.2022 Just to clarify what we can at the moment... We are still working with DHHS regarding times and dates, however... As per DHHS guidelines, you need to have had either 15 minutes face to face contact with a person OR been in the same space as them for 2 hours to be considered a close contact We have asked each customer to return for scripts or utilise our home delivery to avoid having anyone in store for any length of time.... We understand this procedure may have frustrated some, but this is EXACTLY why we did it!!! We clean benches, eftpos machines, entryways and have sanitiser at each entry and counter, so close contact is very minimal for any customers, however, we are not the only local case and we advise if you display any symptoms, or feel unwell please, please, seek medical advice, get tested and isolate!! 12.01.2022 UPDATE....... In relation to the positive COVID-19 case within our store. Firstly, a special thank you to those in the community sending messages of support today, it means so much. ... We can now advise that it is a pharmacy employee who has tested positive. The said employee was last in store on Friday of last week (7th), however they had worked the previous 3 days also. Thus Contract tracing is currently underway for the period of August 4-7. The store is being professionally deep cleaned this evening. In addition, all staff who worked on these days have also been tested and are currently in isolation at their homes awaiting results. The infected staff member was wearing PPE in accordance with COVID-19 procedures, had taken all hygeine practices in line with the national guidelines on infection control, had minimal contact with the public during these shifts and based on our policy of not allowing customers waiting in store for prescriptions, we can confirm that no customer is deemed a close contact according to DHHS advice due to periods of under 15 minutes in store. However, we encourage anyone who may develop symptoms, no matter how mild, or if you feel unwell to please get tested and isolate. This virus does not discriminate, you may think you are safe, but please think of others around you who may be vulnerable. As you can appreciate this is a highly sensitive matter. While we are providing you with updates as we can, we would appreciate any questions to be directed to messenger rather than any rumours circulating. We are committed to being transparent and honest throughout this process and will continue to post updates as required. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

11.01.2022 To our valued customers... We received notice last night of a positive case of COVID-19 that has been in our store. The store will be CLOSED today (Tuesday) , tomorrow and Thursday at this stage whilst it is deep cleaned and all staff are tested.... Any of our regular customers who have scripts held at our store can contact Murchison pharmacy and Frank will advise how he can help. We are working with the relevant authorities to access and supply medications for other patients who have Webster packs or other medications which are needed during this time. We have and will continue to take every measure to keep our community safe, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will reopen once it is deemed safe.

05.01.2022 TATURA GIVING TREE Help us help Tatura St Vincent De Paul support LOCAL families this Christmas!! Simply place an unwrapped gift for a boy or girl of any age under the tree.... St Vincent De Paul Tatura will then distribute them to local families in need. Help put a smile on a local child’s face this Christmas who may otherwise not get a visit from Santa. We have run this great initiative for a few years now with huge success!! We hope our wonderful community will once again get behind it!! Please note!! 03.01.2022 UPDATE...... Our store is currently undergoing a deep clean by professional cleaners. We will reopen tomorrow morning, with approval from the relevant authorities. ... The store will have limited access and it will be staffed by a locum pharmacist and skeleton staff who havent been in contact with the affected team member or the other members who are currently isolating. We ask for your patience and cooperation during this difficult time. Our staff that are there will be doing their best to meet your requirements, medications and pharmacy lines are the priority. As much as we love selling our giftware & cosmetics, it is not a priority and if it is busy it will not be possible. Home delivery is available and can be arranged by calling the store. ****Please do so by 12pm if you require it the same day. If your medications arent urgent you can drop script off and collect the next day (or have it delivered) Delivery is for tatura township only and payment via phone is required. If your scripts are on file with us, please call ahead and allow time for them to be processed. Any regular deliveries of Webster packs will continue unaffected. Please refrain from asking questions about the current situation, any updates we have are posted here for everyone to see, our staff dont have the time to be quizzed!! Our staff are doing an amazing job and the ones covering us who cant be there, deserve our upmost respect!! Treat them kindly and be understanding if they are busy! Any aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. Please be kind! We are all in this together and we are always here to help our wonderful community!!

02.01.2022 Our safety screens have been installed along the back counter this morning!! This means that the shop is now open to customers again!!! We are still limiting the number of customers in store to 10 at one time and ask for you to return for your prescriptions rather than waiting in store and remember we offer a FREE delivery service for the tatura township on weekdays!!
