Here are some ways on how to shift your mindset when it comes to exercise: Stop with the excuses! If you can just jump out of bed and do 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups and stretch your legs, you will notice that this has such a huge impact on the way you view exercise and whether you'll talk yourself out of it or not ...
