20.01.2022 If your looking for something fun for the kids to do in school holidays after Christmas and New Year im so excited to be running a FREE Active Kids Pilates session with the CHRC Youth Development Officer Sharon. The Kids Pilates class will start with breathing exercises and mind body connection stretching exercises to Kids Pilates games with some relaxing mindfulness at the end. Taylor'd Active Kids Pilates is a great way to sneak in what's good for your kids disguised as fu...n with friends A lovely healthy morning tea will be provided. 11.01.2022 Happy New Year Here's to 2021 being full of happiness, health, achievements and adventures with family and friends. So excited for what this new year has in store for us all. For me its striving to improve my Pilates and Barre teaching, starting my Active Kids Pilates classes, and joining the Central Highlands Active Highlanders Program both in Springsure and Rolleston. Nothing like stepping out of your comfort zone and setting challenging but achievable goals....
