20.01.2022 Monday Motivation. Too often we focus on what we cant do rather than on what we can. These expectations place limits on us and we don't try something because we don't think we can. No matter how "terrible" you think you are at something you will never get better if you dont try. ... Our favourite thing is when clients surprise themselves by doing something they never thought they could. That's why we focus on the can do and the small achievements that add up to become great ones. Fitness is about doing the best you are capable of and making that even better.

04.01.2022 Food Friday Fresh or Frozen vegetables? There is a lot of misconceptions about fresh vegetables always being better than frozen. However it depends on how 'fresh' they actually are. I.e. how many days they have taken to go from farm to supermarket to consumers. Frozen vegetables are snap frozen when they are at their best so retain more nutrients, however their texture can change as a result of being frozen. Neither choice is right or wrong so do what works best for you.... https://www.abc.net.au//201/fresh-vs-frozen-vegies/8443310
