12.01.2022 Helllo my pole fitness lovers. Yesterday I put a little short routine together. It’s been 6-7 years since my last rendezvous with the pole. And I thought this video is the perfect example to show you some of the pole moves that are involved in the begginers course. Please forgive my rustiness however I am making an example of myself here to show you that practise makes perfect. In a few weeks we can look back at this video and compare the difference of quality which will achieved through practise and determination. Not to mention loads of fun. The feeling I get when I accomplish a pole move or perfect is rewarding .
