03.06.2022 I have only kept a couple of fish from my about 5 years of breeding. A couple of Picassos which are successful fish now and 1pair similar to these i had fattened up in my "community tank" and then the little blue spot puffer smashed them overnight and I lost them. This pair I bred and am not sure if the parents as I tend to just mix up batches and don't keep track too much. Definitely keeping these ones they are just so unique. Breeding fish has its ups and downs just... like life but I like to keep it simple and not put any pressure on myself if I have a bad run here and there. Keep it fun and it will last forever!! 23.01.2022 Couldn't be happier just got a restock of the best quality Aussie made water conditioners inc a couple new products. Algae starved for fresh and saltwater and spirulina/algae wafers for all types of fish. Love the Aqua Pics products and we use them on all tanks.

22.01.2022 Outdoor rotifer cultures are going well. Plenty available if anyones chasing some. Can post too! They are living off my home grown phytoplankton which I have a few 600ml bottles available too.

22.01.2022 Update on the low tech reef at home!! Got 3 banggai cardinals today hopefully grow them up and have a crack at breeding some. Tank is now stocked with Pair of clowns Rabbitfish ... 3 cardinals 1 six line wrasse Valentino puffer Blue spot puffer. That should do for the fish list now. Just going to collect morphs & riccs for the coral and some more live rock over time. See more

18.01.2022 Budget old skool reef tank at home now. Its Kim's fault she is becoming a fish nerd!!! Water is crystal clear! Will be adding more live rock & clean up crew shortly.... 4x18x18 second hand tank. Home made stand. Running an old Kessil light ive had for years. 2 home made sponge filters from the fishroom, an internal filter with twin impellers running some carbon. A few kilos of live rock and natural seawater collected from The Spit. No Skimmer at this stage but might hook up something on the cheap but i don't think I'll need it. A Valentino puffer we called Rossi, a blue lined rabbit fish and a nice pair of clowns I bred last year. Probs get a six line wrasse and a couple banggai cardinals that's it. Can't help myself need to relive the 90s again!! The KISS method. See more

This one we service every 4 weeks including gravel vac & partial water change, thorough cleaning of all surfaces inside & out, water chemistry test, filter maintenance and any other jobs that may arise for a set fee. 14.01.2022 Loving the spring weather!!! Great time for a maintenance on a discus tank and relocation of a 5x2x2!! Thanks again to my awesome customers!!!... Love my job and the Gold Coast is a beautiful place to be right now.

13.01.2022 After a fun maintenance for an awesome client today I'm finally finding some time for the fishroom and it really needs some love. Clean all cover glass and scrub tanks of salt creep and algae then a nice water change. Replace the filter pads, clean skimmers and probably more lol. That'll be 35 tanks service in one day!!! Fish Life!!!

13.01.2022 A nice simple tropical setup we installed for a local early learning centre. Will have some colourful African cichlids in it once it's cycled and a blue background. Fortnightly maintenance will begin shortly.
