15.01.2022 We were asked to carry out a service call on a recently purchased rainwater pump & controller. The builder could not provide proof of purchase and the dealer he purchased the unit from said "it was too much trouble to go back through his archives" to provide a copy which reads hand written receipts and a lack of interest in customer service. The moral to the story? Keep all receipts and proof of purchase to potentially avoid having to pay for a service that should be covered under warranty.

14.01.2022 We often see less than acceptable work through our role as service agents. These photos are a prime example of why customers should expect better when having tanks installed. No thought has gone into how the owner is meant to service the filters or view the lights on the controller when it is positioned at the top of the tank not to mention the angle the filter has been installed on. Ladder anyone?
