19.01.2022 So lucky to be able to be out competing. Queenslanders are certainly making the most of it with a huge turn out at the S & K Drilling Spring Championships. The Darling Downs Show Jumping Club Inc are one of hardest working, friendliest Clubs. Always a pleasure to compete and sponsor at their Shows. New jumps looked and jumped a treat. Weather was a challenge but all in all a super three days. Some very competitive, big field classes and we are happy to say all our horse...s jumped very well. Jess and CoPilot getting better and better every start. This only being their fifth show together and looking super in the 1.25m & 1.30m classes. 5yo Coolboy FPH also gaining more experience and exposure. We are impressed with Oaks Conjuror who jumps the bigger jumps with ease looking to have the makings of a serious Grand Prix Horse. He was 10th in the Guy Creighton Grand Prix. Our Queen of the truck Alite in the money in both her starts with 4th Guy Creighton Grand Prix and 2nd 1.40m. Speedster Quantico 12 ever consistent with 1st & 2nd 1.25m Classes. These programs assist us in our acquittal of funds to the Department of Sport and Recreation. The following 2021 EQ Sport Development Funding Programs are NOW OPEN - EQ Affiliated Clubs and Sport Committees This Equestrian Queensland Sport Development Fund is open to EQ Affiliated Clubs and Sport Committees which offers $40,000 aimed at supporting the development, growth and participation across all sports.
