21.01.2022 Rule number one of leadership: when there’s a crisis, show up. For the people that you lead, show up. For the people that are working hard to navigate the crisi...s, show up. Even if you can’t do anything personally, just be present, be seen to be showing up. This is the Australian prime minister, having a holiday in Hawaii, while Australia burns at unprecedented rates and fire fighters are risking & losing their lives. The state of politics in this country has been beyond ridiculous for as long as I can remember. I can’t wait for a new era to come across politics, an era that see’s people in positions of leadership actually leading. Having meaningful conversations, making hard decisions, thinking long term, and executing effectively. Scott Morrison (ScoMo) you are an embarrassment to us all.

14.01.2022 I’ve long thought a 4 day week for all FT workers was a solution to many problems (stress, overwork, congestion etc etc). Starting to see some great research now too. The first Australian company that offers this to it’s workforce will become the instant employer of choice
