13.01.2022 Some super fast PBs this evening at the Kembla Joggers summer series 5km at the Yacht Club. Cody Macleay and Liam Clark smashing their PBs recording their first sub 18 with 17.41. Also with a massive PB and a sub 20 Jarrod Macleay in 19.55! With consistency confidence grows and fast times are the end result. Well done lads. Photo Jenni Macleay

11.01.2022 More impressive COVID Time Trials over the weekend for some of the Team. Marathon PB for Justin Lucas, running 2.40.38 and a 10km PB for Dimitri Bandinelli in 42.25. Great work keeping the momentum going despite limited race opportunities. Well done lads.

06.01.2022 Racing is back!! Awesome day at the NSW State Short Course Cross Country Championships at Dapto. Plenty of solid performances and a State title for the team. Next up, long course in 3 weeks.

"This wasn't a race on my radar, but when Athletics NSW announced it would be proceeding with the summer track season, my coach @barry100km and I pencilled it in. I ran a 10K time trial on the bike path earlier in the year, and I was in pretty good shape, clocking 31:20 (an unofficial PB). We were thinking 31 minutes was achievable. I'd never run a 10,000-metre track race, however, and the thought of 25 laps of the oval was somewhat daunting. But it was also exciting.
