23.01.2022 Waves West Lakes Swim School is open and filling up fast ! Come and experience the difference ! We are all about kids learning to swim and having fun in the water. We specialise in kids swimming lessons and water safety for kids 6 months-10 years old.

19.01.2022 Hi NXT Team Just when we were all making traction with that summer bod, it’s happened again...NXT is sadly closed due to COVID. All memberships and direct debits will be put on hold for 2 weeks and we’ll let you know our reopening date as soon as we know ourselves. Keep up the momentum, keep training! We’ll be back before you know it (we hope!)

As of tomorrow, Monday the 23rd of March, we will be unable to open the gym or hold any group classes, until further notice. All membership payments and debits will be paused immediately.... We are all going through a very challenging and unforeseen time, but together we will get through this! Keep Exercising, Keep Learning & Keep healthy! Please keep in contact.
