06.01.2022 The committee of the Palmyra Drag Racing Club have decided in the best interest of our volunteers, competitors, pit crew members and spectators to cancel our up...coming events scheduled for the 27th & 28th of March the 17th & 18th of April and the 25th April. We believe the risks are not worth the reward when it comes to the possibility of spreading this virus around our community. We will be reviewing our calendar and putting together a plan to ensure the second half of 2020 is jammed packed full of events were we can get together and enjoy our sport. We hope all our drag racing family stay safe and healthy during this period and look forward to seeing you all at our venue in the second half of 2020.

06.01.2022 Ok so it's been a few days since we said we had a big announcement to make and with all the events that are being postponed or cancelled here's some good news f...or you all. The Covid-19 pandemic is turning our world upside down but the word is in about 6 months time, estimations are showing things will hopefully be getting back to normal. Convenient that our event is exactly 6 months away so fingers crossed!!!!! We are proud to announce that in light of all the uncertainty, we have secured a massive sponsor for our event and that is Insane Performance out of Rockhampton in Central Qld. Brad and his team have committed to us to help bring you the best show possible and with their support it's on baby!! Insane Performance is Central Queensland's leading Dyno Tuning and Service Centre so with Rockynats still on the horizon at the moment and The Insane Performance Sugar City Powerfest coming in September get your cars booked in to beat the rush closer to the event.
