Applicants must have good customer service skills with a minimum of 2 year experience in Mobile Phone repairs. Must have the knowledge and ability to perform on board repairs such as soldering and fault finding.... We need someone who Preferably has experience across the brand range of mobile phones and tablets/ ipads. We need someone that can understand and solve problems that lies in the cell phone's software and hardware. The technician must be able to communicate with customers and manage the store on their own. Cellphone technician is required to possess good communication skills, clear eyesight and strong reading abilities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Key Accountabilities Be an Australian Citizen, Resident or full working rights Must have 3 years retail and customer service experience Attend to damaged or faulty phones brought in by customers. Diagnoses and repair the phones, Inform the customer when the phone will be available for pickup. Be able to Repair Apple Products such as iPhones/iPads, Samsung And other manufacturers etc Manage sale targets that have been set up by the Operations Manager Manage spare Parts Working with established guidelines Up-selling.
