03.01.2022 Meet Olivia and her daughter Minnie. Olivia makes the best butter in Australia. I do not say that lightly. Everything at Tasmanian Butter Co is small batch and, at this point, made by hand using local cream. She's currently working with us to make cultured butter blocks for our viennoiserie (seen at the bottom of the photo).
