24.01.2022 Anyone using MyFitnessPal, I think you need to change your password! NOTICE OF DATA BREACH March 29, 2018... To the MyFitnessPal Community: We are writing to notify you about an issue that may involve your MyFitnessPal account information. We understand that you value your privacy and we take the protection of your information seriously. What Happened? On March 25, 2018, we became aware that during February of this year an unauthorized party acquired data associated with MyFitnessPal user accounts. What Information Was Involved? The affected information included usernames, email addresses, and hashed passwords - the majority with the hashing function called bcrypt used to secure passwords. What We Are Doing Once we became aware, we quickly took steps to determine the nature and scope of the issue. We are working with leading data security firms to assist in our investigation. We have also notified and are coordinating with law enforcement authorities. We are taking steps to protect our community, including the following: We are notifying MyFitnessPal users to provide information on how they can protect their data. We will be requiring MyFitnessPal users to change their passwords and urge users to do so immediately. We continue to monitor for suspicious activity and to coordinate with law enforcement authorities. We continue to make enhancements to our systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access to user information. What You Can Do We take our obligation to safeguard your personal data very seriously and are alerting you about this issue so you can take steps to help protect your information. We recommend you: Change your password for any other account on which you used the same or similar information used for your MyFitnessPal account. Review your accounts for suspicious activity. Be cautious of any unsolicited communications that ask for your personal data or refer you to a web page asking for personal data. Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from suspicious emails. For More Information For more information, please go to https://content.myfitnesspal.com/security-informat/FAQ.html. 24.01.2022 This is rather worrying ......

20.01.2022 I don't remember this during the Election. We're already paying for inferior broadband, now we are going to be taxed to use it.

20.01.2022 With all these online meetings exploding, a thought about the platform you are using: Many in the industry believe that Zoom is Malware! Recently Zoom was caught secretly installing web servers on users' machines that allowed any website to forcibly join a user to a Zoom call, with their camera on, without consent.... https://techcrunch.com/2020/04/01/zoom-doom/

19.01.2022 So not only does Australia get Fraudband instead of Fibre Optic cable to the home, we are now likely to get taxed to Stream Video on inferior mixed-tech copper, while the rest of the world gets it for free!!!

18.01.2022 There are widespread reports of COVID-19 malicious scams and phishing emails being circulated. See the latest update from the Australian Cyber Security Centre: https://www.cyber.gov.au//threat-update-covid-19-malicious

18.01.2022 They are replacing coax in the USA and we are upgrading and spending millions on ours. We should thank our Government for bastardising the original NBN and Abbott/Turnbull for wasting millions on a decaying, archaic infrastructure. Never before has so much money been wasted by an Australian Government.

16.01.2022 Exactly! And this is why we use and recommend Aussie Broadband.

13.01.2022 And here is the reality of the NBN .... https://www.gizmodo.com.au//former-nbn-chief-says-full-fi/

11.01.2022 Australians are being targeted with sophisticated communications that use their actual details and systems to gain access to funds.

11.01.2022 "We call our chip 'beyond 5G' because the combined speed and data rate that we can achieve is two orders of magnitude higher than the capability of the new wireless standard," https://techxplore.com//2019-07-electrical-team-5g-wireles

10.01.2022 More problems for Zoom!

09.01.2022 Please support this very worthy cause

08.01.2022 Wow, these are so bad!!!

05.01.2022 This is really no surprise ......
