11.01.2022 We are open and here to help. In this difficult and uncertain time, our first concern is to our valued clients, colleagues and their families. We hope that you are all safe and keeping well. Our office and service department are set up at our home studio and with the ease of technology via Facetime and phone consultations, we can offer our clients any assistance and support they may require for their aquaculture facility or fish farm. Our warehouse is also still operating... under strict guidelines and we can offer express shipping for any equipment that you may need. We are currently updating our social media accounts and website so that we can provide our customers with helpful videos, product updates and useful tips on how to look after and maintain our OxyGuard and Hydrotech products; hopefully making life a little bit easier in these challenging times. Currently it is unclear how long the COVID-19 outbreak will last but we can assure you that our commitment is to consistently support you throughout the duration of this crisis and beyond.

07.01.2022 Working with our industry partner, Fresh By Design we were proud to be a part of the team of people who have built the new aquaculture facility for Tasmanian company, Tasmanian Eel Exporters. Brad Finlayson and his father Wayne have been exporting live and processed Eels since 1964. With the building of this new purpose built facility they have the ability to hold and export even more Eels locally within Australia and overseas. Great to see a local company going from strength to strength!

05.01.2022 What a beautiful morning and location for our latest OxyGuard Pacific installation! This new feed barge has been built and fitted out with the latest and greatest equipment at Margate, 30 minutes south of Hobart here in Tasmania. It is now ready for the barge to be towed to Stewart Island in New Zealand for Sanford Limited - one of New Zealand's largest producers of King Salmon. The OxyGuard Pacific System will monitor and alarm the dissolved oxygen in the 16 cages that the barge is servicing. Congratulations to local ship builder Haywards for their continuing and outstanding success in building these barges and other marine vessels for the aquaculture industry.

05.01.2022 A client asked in a recent phone discussion are Novaris products still readily available or have they been impacted by recent freight issues?. Great question figuring that freight and the availability of parts has been greatly affected by the recent global conditions. As Novaris and Technolab are both Tasmanian owned and operated businesses, the majority of Novaris products are manufactured here at the Kingston office and are still readily available. In most cases orders received before 1pm can be shipped out directly to clients that same day. Another bonus, our pricing hasn’t changed due to our products not being reliant on foreign exchange rates, another benefit of supporting local manufacturers. Hopefully this information will help you in meeting your project deadlines.
