25.01.2022 Working with Insideout Reno’s for most of this week on a window repair job. This is what happens when maintenance is not kept up. New timbers machined by Keith.

20.01.2022 I looked at this site the other day and realised I hadn’t put up any photos of our finished kitchen...well... some good features I’d do again Built in wine rack, LED lighting under overheads and inside the bigger cupboards, hot/cold purified water tap in the bench, good sized oven, soft close draws, rolla cabinet for appliances and a two drawer dishwasher, the glass splash back is an actual photo taken underwater in the Bahamas I think.

15.01.2022 Things we don’t see in new buildings anymore, flashings in internal corners, ceiling ventilation and wall vents. These photos are from a house built in 1973 and it’s all dry and in good condition. It will be interesting to see how the modern home stacks up considering the way it is sealed with very little built in ventilation. Time will tell.
