14.01.2022 It's time to introduce our next new class! SUPER SESSIONS! What you all know and love as BodyBlast as been rebranded to our Super Session. Think of it as your HIIT workout, a perfect balance between cardio and weight training, designed to get your heart pumping and calories burning.... High intensity interval training Fast paced training High caloric burn Repetitious strength training Super Sessions will be held Monday 6:30am, Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 9:15am, Friday 6:30am. These new classes will come into effect Monday 23rd of November. A new class will be introduced everyday this week with your full timetable to be released Saturday! Keep your eyes peeled!

13.01.2022 WE ARE BACK BABY!!! As of Monday all outdoor group sessions are as of normal. Remember your new timetable starts on Monday, so check PTMinder for your new sessions! (We will continue to announce them over the weekend) All packages have now been reinstated, but remember TOPTisLIVE is still happening! 13.01.2022 We've had quite a few messages regarding the recent restrictions imposed in SA yesterday. A reminder that all our group training sessions are able to resume as normal, any classes scheduled to be inside will now take place outside. If you are not comfortable group training then we still have TOPTisLIVE running. TIL has been running since our first lockdown in March, meaning there are over 200 workouts already available in the exclusive Facebook group and a new session 5 tim...es a week. Until further notice all group sessions and PT is on hold until any further announcements. Your packages will be placed on a hold. Don’t forget that TOPTisLIVE is still available. A new session available 5 times a week with over 200 workouts already available in the group. Equipment hire is now available, all equipment will be left outside to be collected. 10.01.2022 Weekends are definitely for pancakes! Try adding protein powder to your next batch, perfect for getting that protein intake up and they will keep you fuller for longer! BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES:... Ingredients: 4 Ripe Bananas 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein 2 Eggs 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (optional) 1 Punnet Blueberries Maple Syrup to top Coconut yogurt to top Method: In large bowl, mash 4 ripe bananas together Add protein powder, eggs and cinnamon to the bowl and mix together Place on a hot pan and cook until golden Add blueberries, maple syrup and even some coconut yogurt on top of the pancakes to serve. Enjoy!
